Another collaboration project with Fylde Armouries featuring the Daimler "Dingo" Scout Car.

The final product will be in resin & pewter with choice of open or close top and Bren gun. A driver in British uniform will also be included as well.

Enjoy!

What a wonderful project.  How much variation will there be in the decal set?  Would it include German markings?

Following up on yesterday's teaser, here is the 3D printed prototype of the scout car. Once approved by QC, we will prepare the master and put it on our production queue.

Enjoy!

Nice, though there did seem to be a bit of a print issue on the left hull behind the front mudguard.

I am sure that will be cleared up for the production mouldings.

Really looking forward to this model.

True, these are mid-resolution prints for a quick check on overall assembly and fitting.  We will do a high-quality print (with professional clean-up) after it is approved.  ;)

I was hoping for a plastic model with options to make a Mk I / II and a few bits to make an Italian Autoblinder Lince or a captured one in German service, such as  Wittmann`s Dingo.
Warlord games and Perry miniatures make a a resin/metal one so it would be interesting to see how they compare.

I have an unfinished Perry model.

It has some moulding issues.

I didn't like the look of the resin ones out at time so I bought the Tamiya 1/48 kit , having it proxy as a Canadian built Lynx , which was a Dingo on steroids , a bit  larger with a  V8 engine , and  it looks the part being larger that the 1/56 Dingos . And now they're bringing  out  a nice looking one in 1/56 , guess I should have waited ...
