Before we can move the LCM(3) project to the next phase, we have to wait for the crew sculpts to get done... and here they are!

We had spent a lot of time to create these dynamic posed crew because the LCM(3) is expected to cost a lot to produce!  ::)

Very good poses.  The faces still need to be more animated, to match the urgency of the poses.

Very action like poses . I think the helmsman would be wearing a helmet as well , or at least his battered and bent sailor's cap . His rain hat makes him look like he's captaining a tuna boat IMO  ;D

Commercial test casting run for our resin LCM(3)!

No retail pricing yet, the production cost is quite pricey; might do a limited run only for those who are interested.
















Just to remind how the assembled LCM-3 looks like, and with crew...

This is a painted sample from our commercial production run... once we have the resin & pewter cleaned and packed, together with the assembly instructions, the LCM(3) will be ready for sales!

Just an awesome looking kit . I assume the crew are wearing oilskins ( ? ) over their uniforms ? And would a head swap to a Brit type tin helmet or Naval cap ( what do they cal those things ? ) suffice to convert them to a Brit / Canadian crew ?

From community feedback, we know the outlook of a product is very important, it had to be nice but practical. This is our solution for the Higgins LCM(3)...

Three layers of foam with cutouts to protect parts from getting damaged.
- no bubble plastic wraps!

All resin parts are factory cleaned and ready for immediate assembly. No additional cleaning required!
- no big block of extra resin sticking out from the parts!

Come with A4-size assembly instruction. All parts are clearly labelled preceded by either a letter R for resin or M for metal.
- no IQ test required.

A special assembly jig (R14) is included to make sure your LCM hull assembly is perfect!
- ease of assembly, perfect every time!

The LCM(3) will be available soon as a limited release!
- is going to be a little bit expensive ;)
