Looks good , I'll have to try sculpting hands . I usually cut , bend and sand BA plastic  hands into the shapes needed . Usually have to do about 4 to get one that I don't loose to the carpet monster

The key thing is starting with the right size of ball of greenstuff.

As good as that scratch built IeIG18 infantry gun looks, it must have taken a lot of hours to make it.

Another good example of the "Power of Plastic". In this case scratch built 2 pounder anti tank guns. One for the Aussies in the Pacific theater the other for a future project: British 8th army in the Desert theater. Note the use of Perry Miniatures for the crew figures - nice choice.
