Pinky , would the model ( dish hubs ) be a rear wheel drive and the protruding hubs , 4 wheel drive ?  I'm not really a car nut but that's what 4 wheel drive pick ups hub  look like around here . And there's tons of them here in Alberta

CMP Ford 4 wheel drive

CMP Ford 2 wheel drive . I assume the Chev versions would look just about  the same , except for the Chev logo on the grill

I don't knowing that's the explanation, Ripley, but I couldn't find any photos of vehicles with the same front hubs as the kit.  Your front wheel drive version looks different.

Here's what seems to be the most common hub type:

That's about the only difference I can think of . Maybe different suppliers were involved in making the parts for the trucks . I know there are a few collectors sites out there, in Canada and the UK . Very popular vehicle in western Canada , every other farm yard seems to have a wreck of one of the body styles rusting away

This seems to have progressed very quickly.  It all looks good to me - the detail on the cab and canopy are especially fine.

Realise I'm pretty late to this party as you've already got sprues, but can I make a cheeky request for an expansion kit? Passengers!

Right now nobody is making British passengers for trucks and half tracks in 28mm except Victory Force in the US, and postage makes those prohibitively expensive outside the wilds of North America. Warlord seem to be starting to include passengers with their plastic trucks, but so far only Germans.

I'd definitely buy a set of British passengers in battle dress, even if I wasn't buying this kit (although I probably will!)

Yes, British seated infantrymen are planned. Just waiting for their turn.
