Many people had raised lots of questions about our new 'Nam range.  We are now giving you an overview of the current state of this project.

One of our objectives is to have vehicles that were still useful after Vietnam War in plastic, and those more or less became obsolete will be in resin.  All basic figure sets will be in plastic while selected weapon teams will be in pewter or resin.  Some vehicles are not shown because the project had not started.

Very interesting!
I was wondering if this is going to be different version of T-34/85 from the one you already make?
Looking at the pictures, most Vietnamese T-34/85 were model 1945 manufactured by plant #183.
Factory 183 version model 1945 had distinctive flattened turret with  bulge on the left front, larger cupola (slightly extended on the side), singe commander hatch, flat fenders,  full spider wheels with tires without perforation. Some had dished wheels with tires without perforation
It was the most common version of T-34/85 at the last stage of WWII and Korean war.

Personally I can live with the Rubicon 85 turret , with a little green stuff , thin plastic and sanding I can make look  more late war . A new roof panel with the fore and aft fans wouldn't go amiss though . As well we could use the 60s Starfish style wheels which showed up in Nam and carried over as "mostly" standard  in the Arab wars , maybe in a resin blister pack ?

It would be nice to have a set of late T-34/85 with Factory 183 turret, choice of wheels (Starfish or full spider without perforation), choice of roof panels etc.. It will cover few conflicts.
