Very nice . Who makes the Kugel - blitz turret ? And just a FYI , the Panther as used by the Ferdie unit had a static ( bolted in place ) turret , with no stowage box and rear skirts behind the turret doors , It's said that it had a dummy gun ( more room for radios , map boards , etc ), but nothing I've read is conclusive

Nice job :) Ripley, I believe the Kugelblitz turret is the Heer46 one

Excuse my ignorance, I dont recognize this "kugel"? turret is it a paper on or somthing that turned up after 1945.

Encyclopedia of German Tanks says two were built in Feb 45 , supposed to have been sent to the west , but no record of them in combat found . IRC , someone on Missing-Lynx said parts of a Kugelblitz " type " turret were found in dense forest in Hungry , but so far no pictures or actual proof

The Kugelblitz turret is from Heer46 like Ballardian stated.
