Is the base of the wall supposed to be concrete? I ask because it appears to be one piece not built of stones.

Correct, it is not completely brick wall.  This set is intended for residential use.  We might do an industrial version later.

Are you going to do some breached sections?

No plan for that atm.

A very nice and useful scenic set  :)

More importantly still - bring on the kubelwagen!  8)

Quite nice. Is the design based on something historical, or just made up?

It is based on historical photos of various designs around the southern part of Europe.

Hopefully you'll consider including some "Damaged Wall sections" & possibly "some options" to change the general appearance of the wall...  I'm not knowledgeable on the names of brick wall parts, but maybe include an optional alternative Wrought Iron Fencing; different Crown Caps, etc. This way we can buy more that one kit & have it appear to be a different walls for other homes & buildings on the gaming board, while using the same kit over & over? (You guys spoiled us with all  those "great Sherman Options!")  I've included an example (the only one close to what I'm thinking!)

I really like what you've done already! Keep up the good work!

The question now is, how many in a set and how much?

It is not much fun if we tell you now, correct?  In fact, we have no idea yet until the project is close to finishing.  We are hoping to include 3 or 4 sprues per box and cost more or less the same as our other scenery products.

Some damaged sections would be nice! Maybe as a resin add-on?

Including damaged sections does seem like a good idea, but I guess it won't be hard to do this ourselves.

For some reason the design of the lower section of the pillars looks odd.  It would have looked better without the weird protruding bit (maybe that's separate?).  I think the overall design looks a bit too modern (it's obviously intended for WW2), which is why I asked if it was based on historical photos.  Wrought iron fences in Europe tended to be more ornate - like the ones in oreoc's post.  Still, it's a big step up from the earlier fences.

Double happiness for modellers and gamers alike... to go hand-in-hand with our Brick Wall set, we are also working on a new Utility & Light Pole set.  The set can be used as standalone terrain pieces, it also comes with components that can be fitted onto your MDF buildings as well!

Enjoy!

These look good.  What's the origin of the street names on the signposts?

They were based on street names in Gibraltar, not really WW2 related, lol.
