Got home from my holiday today to find a big box of models had been delivered. I've only had time to look at the sprues (children and Welsh mountains can tire a man) but I'm hugely impressed.

The Cents look quite involved, lots of parts, the Tilly is tiny and looks easy to assemble. The detail on all looks crisp.

I'm most amazed by the Dingo. I was expecting a solid lump of resin. I got something that looks a lot like a plastic kit, lots of parts to assemble, great detail and sharp, well defined lines and angles. Resin has moved on from the janky garage kits I remember.

So now I HAVE to buy the Bedfords.. Sigh.

Finished. Had to hold it to get it under the light. Used a Warlord Mini as I'd bugged up the one supplied, also I think this one looks like Karl Pilkington. Resin stowage was added too.

Nearly done. I got this day of release but work and homeschooling does not a productive model maker make... That's an awkward sentence. Details still to add incl stowage, crew, antenna and other bits. Needs a varnish too.

OK, sorry to spam everyone.

Good news, Rubicon have resolved the issue. I contacted them via messenger and they've sorted it immediately.

Fantastic service.

OK, I went back through my reddit account as I'd posted the model when I first got it some weeks back. You can clearly see the missing part. Somehow it was cleanly broken off the sprue.

Missing, it looks like it's been popped of the sprue. The part isn't in the plastic bag the sprues come in so must have happened at some point before the bags are sealed.

Have you guys ever had parts missing off a sprue? I'm missing quite a large part on the new Comet (one of the tool/equipment boxes) and I'm at a loss on what to do. I've never come across this situation in a model kit before. Is there a way to get a replacement?

I scratched the AVRE mounts on my plastic Churchill . Not fun trying to get them mirror imaged . What do you think of the S&S bridge for the AVRE ? I want one ...

It'd make a great model but I'm unsure about its use in game... As well as transporting it :)

Welcome . That AVRE looks really good , Warlord  resin or  Italeri / Warlord plastic with the S&S AVRE add on kit ?

It's the Warlord Plastic with the S&S add on. Not ideal but beggers can't be choosers.

Hello, I'm a rather new model maker (maybe 3 years) from Worcester and a convert to table top gaming. When playing Bolt Action with some friends I noticed a friends Sherman looked somewhat better than my Warlord one... It was a Rubicon model so here I am. Not bought anything yet, I'm getting the Comet and Centurion as soon as I see them in the store. This is my latest kit, it's not Rubicon but they soon will be.
