Possibility not.  The project is still on hold in the drawing stage because of some production issues.  Not because of the M3 Lee/Grant but the M7 Priest.  Might have to wait for a while before we can move both projects to mould making.  Sorry.

The M54 was being planned as a "base" kit for potential conversion and expansion.  Hope you can do something with it.  ;)

The project is still ongoing... just finished digital sculpting of "organic" parts, awaiting approval.  Once approved, it will send to mould-making.

The "Cold War" (or Nam) stuff is basically a new range where we can "explore" new ideas in our design and production.  While we are happy with our rubber tyre, it requires much more attention during manufacturing.  The tyres are made from synthetic material but have inherited disadvantages with durability.  If not appropriately kept, it might turn brittle, particularly in low temperatures.  We are already using higher-grade material and had tested it under different conditions but there is no guarantee.

Soviet vehicles and equipment in plastic:
Plastic AT-Guns  - these would be popular; especially the ZiS-2 and ZiS-3 AT guns.
BA-64 – one of the most produced Soviet armored cars.
Note: The BA-3/BA-6 and BA-10 from Rubicon Models are very good model kits.
BT-5 or BT-7 - a BT-7 is coming soon?
T-60 or T-70
SU-76

And of course the Medium Tank M3 (AKA the Lee) was also used by the Soviet Army in WW2.

We had not been updating the forum a lot this year due to limited resources handling social media.  We currently are focusing on Facebook only, hopefully, this will improve next year.

Here is an update on the Soviet related projects you mentioned:

Plastic AT-Guns  - these would be popular; especially the ZiS-2 and ZiS-3 AT guns.
>> ZiS-3 drawings are done, awaiting mould making.
>> ZiS-2 is still on the wishlist.

BA-64 – one of the most produced Soviet armored cars.
>> BA-64 is still on the wishlist.

BT-5 or BT-7 - a BT-7 is coming soon?
>> BT-7 & Variants drawings are done, awaiting mould making.

T-60 or T-70
>> No plan at this moment.

SU-76
>> No plan at this moment.

M3 Lee/Grant
>> Drawings are done, awaiting mould making.

Not even a "Project of the Month" for quite sometime now. Maybe RM needs some good ideas?

We'd announced halting "Project of the Month" feature at the beginning of the year.  There are just too many open-ended projects and we would like to spend time finishing them all firsts before starting new ones.

Being that said, we are still starting new projects, but not at the rate of "at least" one per month.

Job well done, excellent!

The current world crisis over the last 2 years had really affected our daily workflow.  This is particularly true with our forum and website updates.  We can only focus on FB at this point, but expect a major update on the forum soon!

Work In Progress / Project of the Month - Dec 2021 - M3 Lee & Grant
« on: December 09, 2021, 10:35:17 pm »
The long-awaited project that many had been looking forward to after the completion of our M4 Sherman Digital Library is finally upon us!

A total of 8 possible variants is planned for this 1/56 scale multi-sprue plastic kit, including early, mid, and late production variants of the M3 Lee and Grant, plus the Australian and M3A5 (Grant II) too!  Of course, this will depend on sprue space and design...

Enjoy!

We are currently arranging for most of the restock items to be shipped from Hong Kong to both our US and UK warehouses.  Booking freight couriers at a "reasonable" rate and a time slot is now a daunting task.  We are trying to do a shipment before Christmas, and then one more after the holiday.  Hopefully, the two shipments will take care of all the out-of-stock items plus the planned new releases as well.

Somewhat like the Panzer II. That kit is still not available. For me, that is good and bad.  ???

All components for the Panzer II are now ready for commercial run... soon!  ;)

More Soviet goodness... early war BT-7 with Model 1935 and 1937 variant.

We will look into doing BT-7A and BT-42 depending on work schedule and requests!  We will post some prototype images once they are done too!

Enjoy!

Work In Progress / Project of the Month - Oct 2021 - SdKfz 234 Family
« on: October 01, 2021, 02:31:00 pm »
Our "New Project of the Month" for October is a long-shelved project that we had revived due to increasing requests on our Wish List - the 8-Rad Schwerer Panzerspähwagen SdKfz 234 Armoured Car.
The project will cover ALL four basic variants with the possibility to do two more if sprue space allows.  This include:

234/1 - open-topped turret with a 2cm KwK 38 L/55 autocannon and a 7.92mm MG42 machine gun.

234/2 - commonly known as the "Puma" with a 5cm KwK 39 L/60 gun and an MG42.

234/3 - open-topped superstructure replacing the turret with a 7.5cm K51 L/24 gun.

234/4 - open-topped superstructure replacing the turret with a 7.5cm PaK 40 L/46 gun.

Might do two more variants including the Luchs turm and the 2cm Schwebelafette.

Enjoy!
