This year is going to be an exciting year! Besides having additional staff and new equipment, we are adding several new product ranges to our portfolio. These new product ranges are to supplement our existing plastic range either as an add-on or as a complementary item. The first one being Resin Vehicles, these can be anything from light automobiles to armoured vehicles. These items will be produced mainly in resin and might contain some pewter parts for durability reasons. All our resin products come with assembly instruction & some with decal sheet as well. The first few releases include:
282001 Renault R35 Light Infantry Tank
282002 Hotchkiss H39 Light Infantry Tank
282003 Citroën Traction Avant 11CV
282004 Carro Armato P43 (Bis)*
282005 Krupp-Steyr Waffenträger*
The last two items are produced in collaboration with Heer46. These items will be competitively priced and is DIRECT SALES ONLY via our own webstore sometime in March 2018. Please wait for availability announcement.

Neat.
Will the assembled model fit in the box?

Will the assembled model fit in the box?
Of course... for a fee! We will show you something even MORE groundbreaking later... stay tuned! ;)

Very nice , guess I better start putting my snow shoveling money aside for French tanks
-
Lovely. Been looking forward to these :)

Excellent stuff, looking forward to the 11CV & Waffentrager a lot.

Followed by the new Resin range is our Blister range...
Most items are "cleaned" except for smaller items with clearly labelled parts for easy assembly.
These items, again, are initially "direct sales only" until we understand the blister market better.

At last crew for my M10.

Getting rather excited about these announcements. Could see the marine jeep crew and the deuce passengers on the pics they put up on Facebook. Can’t see what the others are but here’s hoping for tanks crews.
Also very much looking forward to what I think will be announced next. Might be a rather expensive quarter for me!

NO MORE HAIR LOSS - People had been complaining about pewter being hard to put together and without proper instructions.
We have a perfect solution: Factory SEMI-ASSEMBLED pewter parts! We do most of the hard work, you have all the fun... painting and playing with them!
We have not slowed down with our plastic vehicle production. We are launching several new product ranges in 2018 to strengthen our position in the market. We are enhancing what is already in the marketplace with better quality and designed products. Here is an example:

Oh! That is smart.
-
I won't buy metal stuff - I just don't like it as a modelling medium. However, this looks to be very high quality and the semi-assembled approach is a great idea.
-
Hmm , I guess it depends on how well the metal pieces are cleaned of casting lines / flash . It's a real PIA to tidy up built pieces , would rather have it in 12 pieces personally , but will check the blisters out when they hit the LHS , and if they look good I'll get them . Got to say Rubicon is really thinking outside of the box on this and I can't help but wonder what other interesting marketing ideas they have
-
Where appropriate I am happy with metal parts. I share ripley's misgivings about the pre-assembly but if done well I could get used to it.
-
I have no complaint about metal items as long as they are both well sculpted and robust and free of drastic mould lines.

I am happy to mix metal and resin, but not metal and plastic as I feel that it makes the model unbalanced.
I have not added large resin pieces to plastic models yet, and of course it depends on the material.
I have used Forgeworld resin bodies, such as this snot Womble on plastic Womble legs.

My concern echoes Ripley's on the assembled versions.

When you say direct sales only, I take it that means your US webstore? Sorry if I missed it, but do you also have direct sales in Europe, the UK, and the rest of the world?
-
They are planning a UK office etc this year.

Contemplating buying a Hotchkiss H39. The Product Listing page says "available soon"; the Production Schedule thread say "already released". How and/or when might it be purchasable?
