On the newest update to your production schedule,  under the "Mould Making In Progress (or on queue)"section, you list "Carro Armato M13/40 and command" and "Semovente da 75/18". Did you forget to write in blue "resin" , next to the listing, or hopefully, has that been changed to plastic??

If the Grant is an option, even though it wasn't British made, I'd rather have that over a Valentine

Another vote for the Valentine

Thank you, Rubicon. Hopefully  it won't be pushed back too far

Unless Rubicon decide to depict a specific factory's  product  , giving month and day of manufacture , I'm willing to give them some slack on fidelity of details .

But wouldn't it be nice if they released a kit that didn't have to be converted to look correct? Yes, I can live with and correct any minor inaccurate details, but it would be nice to build an accurate kit out of the box.

The mg mount on your testshot of the M4A1 hulls look a little off. If it's not too late, here are some images of the shape of the mount

Both of the testshot plastic M4A1 hulls are very nice.I ,for one, am glad to see that these are now closer to being released. The only issues that I have with the direct vision hull are that around the hull mg mount, it looks like it is sitting on a flat plate, and the steel casting above the mg mount should be a bit flatter and wider. The driver and mg gunner hoods above the direct vision ports were not completely round. But, these are all small things that can be easily converted, if they were to be released as-is.
I am glad to see a choice of hull hatches, both with or without the periscope guards.

A M-113 would be a good choice. I'd buy at least three

Mr. Blood,
Yes, you are correct. Rubicon is doing a brilliant job. They have asked for input and feedback, and do not have to justify their decisions to anybody,on this forum at least, but they choose to do so. Other companies do not even take requests or criticisms of their upcoming projects, let alone share what their upcoming projects will be.
I can see why forum members can question some of their decisions. I have, and I would like to see them flourish. I would hate to see them invest a lot of money in a project  and loose money, which could then in effect, push back or cancel some project. That is why I have questioned why they would take on a project like the giant tracked mortar in 1/56 scale. It may be cool, and look great, but how many people would actually purchase one? Rubicon has stated why they decided to tackle that project. I can respect their decision.
Also, by Rubicon posting their future projects, it is a good thing, and not such a good thing. Some projects seem to get pushed back, while some new projects are moved ahead. That is fine, and entirely Rubicon's call to make. But some projects, like the M4A1 Sherman tank have been pushed back a few times. It was first discussed on this forum in 2015, and is according to Rubicon's schedule, to be released, I believe, later this year. I can see Rubicon selling a lot more M4A1 Sherman kits than a giant tracked mortar, but it is ultimately their decision to make.
Yes, I guess some selfishness is involved in kit requests. Everyone have their own special interests that they would like to see made into plastic. Unfortunately, you can't  please everybody, but it doesn't  hurt to ask for certain vehicles to be made into plastic kits.

M
Rubicon, why would you waste you time and resources on this monstrosity, when that time and resources could be spent on more useful projects?
Because it's awesome!

Because they can. “Look at what we can do” is a great message the the other manufacturers.
Yes, you are correct.Rubicon  can do whatever they'd like .  It may be a great 'Look what we can do'  message to other manufacturers of 1/56 scale miniatures. But, 1/56 is a wargame scale. I myself would rather see Rubicon spend their time and resources on useable 1/56 scale kits, and to speed up the manufacturing process  and release time of kits on their list of future releases.
I feel that they would make more money on say an M4A4 Sherman, a Panzer 2, a Sdkfz 11,another British truck, any Italian or French armor than what they would on an armored train or huge tracked mortar, but then again, ultimately it is Rubicon's decision ,and just my opinion.

Wow. That is really nice. It's nice to see that the hull is Lego comparable too :D
