A M-3 Lee and Grant would be great.  You could make the lower hull and suspension on a sprue and use it with the early M-4A1 Sherman that you had talked about on the forum in the past.

This is the version I'd like to see most.

The scale drawing in this earlier post is the small hatch version that would have seen action from late in North Africa up until the end of the war. The turret with the 76mm gun would have been on the large hatch cast hull

It may be a lot to fit onto three sprues. You could put items that would be interchangeable , like suspension/track units , transmission covers , rear and lower hulls on one sprue, and upper hulls  and turrets that are unique to each variation on another .
You could  always make three different kits, instead of trying to fit all three variations in one box

My choice would be the early M4A1 with the direct vision ports on the hull front. This version saw service from North Africa until the end of the war. In the Squadron Sherman publication, it shows a picture of a group of tanks in Italy, and includes a couple of direct vision hulled Sherman s still in service.

I would love to see a M4A1 Sherman in plastic. Unfortunately, to make the variant with the 76mm gun, it would require a different large hatch hull than the small hatch hull of the 75mm  gun  version, along with a different turret.

The turrets look nice. Will these be second or third quarter releases? I can't wait for them to be released, I'm not fond of either the Blitzkrieg or Warlord offerings available now.

Beautyful in the Africa you should add the 90th lt division...

When we have our Italian vehicles out  , there will be a special decal sheet for them!
