Nice looking set .  I think they might work in a half track or truck as well , and I can see using  a couple of sets in various combinations to fill out some half manned vehicles I already have if they are not molded to the boxes they're sitting on .  Might be nice to add a couple or three loose  MG ammo boxes as well as a team should carry plenty of ammo .

Or to model this tank , knocked out in Nurnberg Apr/May 45 . Notice direct vision ports behind the applique armor , early 3 piece nose and wheel sets . IRC this was a replacement tank which came from Italy .Looks to have a frame on the left side ( extra sand bag armor ? )  right side frame gone  . Now how would you model the burnt track pads ?

Shouldn't " early hull " come with the direct vision ports in front of the driver and bow gunner ? Then I thought they welded them closed , then deleted them altogether to make a mid . The change in wheel sets is another timeline as well . So is change from 3 piece to  cast nose ( IRC one factory used 3 piece nose on M4A4 till end of war ) .

AVRE , been there , done that , got the T shirt  ;D

Italeri Churchill kit , with scratch built AVRE side mounts and kit bashed  bits here and there  to use both kit supplied turrets ( thks to Bruce for the extra Petard barrel ). And yes I would love a true kit of the AVRE with the carpet roller or fascine carrier

"cover " for the new project , hmm . Maybe some Engineers dis arming mines attached to the hedgehogs , or maybe troops using them for cover like in Saving Private Ryan .  Or maybe a wreck of a landing craft hung up on the hedgehogs ..

Hedgehogs are a great addition to the scenery product line . I've already built about 50 of my own but can always use more . A Belgian gate would be nice as well . A real PIA to scratch build . Although I have seen some nice ones by a local modeler .

Yes a Vickers on a tripod with crew would be welcome as well . Like I said , I'm greedy  :-[

Very nice . Not too much of a stretch ( in my mind ) to continue the tend and produce a Russian Maxim 1910 ( hope , hope )

Or am I just being greedy ?  ::)

YES ! While the BA -6 is very cool , the BA -10 is the ultimate Russian armored car . Getting closer to building my favorite eastern froint picture as a diorama

Could be flat or channel . I found a picture of a late M3 with  both styles of upper arms . Now weather it was a different suppler of cast parts or an upgrade for strength  might also be a way to save steel , I not sure  . The  Sherman went into production using Lee parts ( some had the 3 piece nose with the cut out on the 75mm gun side )  , so it makes sense the early Sherman would have the later Lee parts , Notice 1st and 2nd wheel sets have different upper bars . I'm going to give Rubicon a pass on this one  :)  From Squadron/ Signal  M3  Lee/Grant Walk Around  #5712 pg 5

We had this discussion at the LHS this past weekend , talking about all the great , awesomely detailed figures coming out  at this point in time  . The problem is most guys building and painting this  stuff are getting on in years , its getting hard to see all that detail with out my magnifing glasses , hell its even hard to read labels on the paint bottles in store racks . Old man rant over  ::) Really great figure though , and if they do come as a 9 pack I'll still get them , just might not get around to painting the 4some , mind you I have a bunch of figures I haven't got around to painting yet , some been in the stash 20 plus years  :-[

The 5 single guys are awesome  , the group of 4 are great looking figures , but I'ld trouble painting them  :-[ . Will they come as 2 sets 4/5 or set of 9 ? I wonder who I know I could get to paint them for me ?

The old M3 style wheels show up on a knocked out Sherman at one of the big stadiums in Nurnberg Germany May 45 . IRC it was with a unit that came  from the Italian theatre .  Either way a M4A1 with either style wheels is OK by me . Limitations in the one piece molding process will result in mold lines , sometimes in places you wish they weren't ( track pads ) , but a little sanding , liquid green stuff or some mud and problem solved .
