Optional mixed wheels might work better if they were cast as singles like in 1/35 than as a set in 1/56 . That being said , with a chisel blade its easy to do a little kit bashing

I agree an Uralmash turret would be awesome , the one you get in the BA kit is way undersized and a weird shape , I needed lots of Green Stuff to make it look right  . And yes it would be great to have the raised commanders cupola , my attempts at making a resin copy or two haven't exactly been a worth keeping

What kind of redesign on the 34/76 ? Better detailed track ? Driver 's hatch opening with driver instead of molded solid ? Turret interior ( gun breach / crew seats ) on the 1940 model turret ? I think its a great as it is bar the track face , but that can be hidden with ground cover and mud

I would think they are just waiting for more stock to arrive , the supply chain for many items has been delayed by covid restrictions in various ports / countries .

YES for a M3 and maybe a Ram using the running gear  . I would like to see Rubicon make a Churchill VII / Crocodile  in 1/56 . Maybe make their own version of the III with a variety of the AVRE equipment , I'd rather have them in plastic than the resin ones from Warlord .  Also I would like to see them expand on the kits they already have , such as various SPGs on the Panzer IV hull and say a Crusader gun tractor .

You should be able to use the parts on a C with no problem . Both the C&D had the same size crew compartment on the inside , it was just a redesign of the outside  , the new build using less metal panels  with changes to the side storage compartments  that make it look different

Warlord / Italeri pretty much have the Matilda , Cromwell , and Churchill ( except Mk VII / Croc ) market  covered , really can't see Rubicon taking a big share of  gamer sales now as you only need one for the game . I as a modeler , like to have a few of each tank , ( 2 Matildas , 2 Churchills and 5 Cromwells  so far  ::) )  so it would really have to be something special for me to get another ,al though I really want a Crocodile ( or 2 )

Personally I can live with the Rubicon 85 turret , with a little green stuff , thin plastic and sanding I can make look  more late war . A new roof panel with the fore and aft fans wouldn't go amiss though . As well we could use the 60s Starfish style wheels which showed up in Nam and carried over as "mostly" standard  in the Arab wars , maybe in a resin blister pack ?

Did the cupola lid open on the French version , I haven't found any pictures ? On the  Char B the Germans cut the top of the dome and welded on hatches  ,  and it really stands out as  the cuts and welds look rough , the FT hatch looks almost factory (note internal detail in pic 3 )

The red cupolas seem to have a different rear rim than the blue one , seems logical thats where a hinge might be located .

That's looking really good . Not my era of Russian stuff but I want a couple now . Hopefully you did your homework on the rubber for your tires .,Tamiya and Dragon have had various problems with their rubber tracks and tires , with them either drying out over time and crumbling , or turning into a sticky gummy mess still inside the box .  Personally I would rather have plastic wheels not rubber , maybe offer both types in the kit , or the rubber as a after market option like your various resin pieces ?

Two things I've noticed about this picture , there is a U hook attached to the front link of the track and the rear of the top track run seems to be broken as it dosen't wrap around the idler . Guess your right about  the crew working on the track   :)
I would scrape off the cable using a very thin chisel blade , you might be able to save the cable ends / eyes  , add zim , add thin thread to replicate cable , add the ends, then glue  thin plastic strips over the cable as new cable mounts . A little bit of messing around but would look great

The zimmerit looks pretty good. I would scrape it off of the track cable though , as the cable would have been removed when the zim was applied ( as would tools like on the Panther side hull ) . The direction of the loose track looks weird , how did it get pushed forward if the break was on the bottom . If the tank moves forward the track would be pulled forward by sprocket , the idler wouldn't have track on it . If the tank was moving backwards , the  broken part of the track should lay flat on the ground , with the track maybe rolling off the idler once the center of balance / weight  was reached .

I tried to find a picture or 2 to show what I mean but most pictures of  tanks that have broken tracks end up getting shot to hell to make sure they're out of the fight , a non mobile tank is still a armored pill box  ;D . I did find this Panther pic

Red is estimation of break in tack , blue is track being pulled forward by sprocket and then by track weight ( about 65 pounds per link on Panther ) when driver stops . The green would be track that rolled back by motion or weight when tank stopped . And yes a good driver could feel the break / lose  tension in track when hit  , just like a professional driver of a 18 wheeler can "feel" he has a flat tire on the trailer .

Looking great . You might want to paint over the white on the hatches as  the picture it looks to be OD . I admit to painting most of my hatch interiors white as I think  it sets off the crew figures within , but in reality "most" tanks had interior of  hatches  painted overall  body color . Mind you many early war photos show the pre war standard of  lighter color interior on hatches to aid in interior visability when buttoned up , the change coming soon  after they realized that 2 foot square white plate gave the bad guys something to aim at  ::)
