Never thought we'd see one of these monsters in 1/56th.
Looks spectacular so far.

Really excited by the possibilities opened up with the mixed-media kits, especially now your 'base' Sherman's and MkIVs are in such good shape.

Neu for sure.
Altes can be used throughout the war, but it's rare enough that I'd not be particularly comfortable with it.

It might not make business sense, but if you produce this newer running gear for the Stug series, then perhaps you can make the individual sprues for the running gear available? I understand that would depend on a lot of factors (other Stug parts on that sprue, the part even fitting the earlier MkIII hull etc.) but just a thought

I'd just like to say how good it is to see this effort being made to get things right. Unfortunately the MkIII wheels did stand out as an issue to me too, but these look significantly better (I might well kit-bash to get this running gear on to the MkIII).
Between this thread and the Sdkfz251 post I'm really impressed by Rubicon's reaction to feedback.

Lovely - really nice level of detail in the 251/8 in particular. The interior framework is really well done.

Great news!

Final thought (for now). Is there any way that you can suggest the handles that run along the inner edges of the fighting compartment? They'd be too delicate if they were to scale, but there might be a clever way of representing them (perhaps without gaps).

Really liking the details on the StugIII G. The addition of pilsen etc. on the roof, separate shot deflector, smoke dischargers etc. along with the stowage rack (odd spare wheel placement there though) is great. Little details that make all the difference.

Any chance of a 'two-part' hatch too, with 'rabbit-ear' binoculars?

My vote is for the standard Jagdpanzer IV, ideally both the L/48 and L/70 versions in one box.

I'm interested in how feasible zimmerit is to produce? I image that it is almost impossible to do with standard two-part moulds without some horrible compromise (odd angles in the texture etc.) but perhaps easier on vehicles with larger flatter panels. Maybe even appliqué panels that can be added? Might take up a fair bit of sprue space though

Vote for the Comet and a Churchill set that covers the MkIV and MkVI in the same box (MkIII turret too for a stretch-goal  ). Please include LOTS of spare track (and wheels for the Shermans) in any of your British armour kits though. They'll look under-dressed otherwise.

I'd love to see the armoured cars get some love too. A proper Dingo MkII, Humber Scout (required for the armoured units anyway), AEC MkIII, Humber LRC. That lot would begin to cover NWE for starters.

Been playing with toy soldiers for most of my 40 years, and building models (for wargaming and fun) for most of that time.
I part-own a small UK company called Empress Miniatures and have a life-long passion for all things World War Two.

I've been watching Rubicon closely since they first announced their vehicles and am very keen to get my hands on a few!

I think its looking great!

There are a couple of details that stand out as potential room for improvement. Might be useful for you?

There should also be a small vision slit for the driver and co-driver.

The tyre walls look flat, whereas there should be some curvature towards the edge (curve from the hub inwards to the edge, if that makes sense).

It would also be great if you can raise the exhaust muffler up a bit. It sits a bit low in the mudguard.

Any chance of a Notek light option along wit the current Bosch type? (I'm being cheeky now)

Other than that it looks really good and I'd certainly take a few. The options are great. I'd love to see the 251/9 at some point
