Title: Previously Unknown Sdkfz 8 Variant You Tube.
Post by: airborne on February 20, 2015, 02:18:57 am
I`d heard about this last year an unknown german 1/2 track, pulled from the Pillica river in Poland, and then restored. Sorry I`m no good at my age doing links but I found a little gem of it on you tube last night. It was published April 14th 2009, it`s not long, but worth the look under, "Previously unknown Armoured Sdkfz 8 Variant "
Cheers

Interesting - I'd never seen that vehicle before, but it turns out it's not "unknown" - it's been covered in publications and there are kits of it available.  It seems to have been very obscure - what are the chances of such a rare vehicle surviving the war!

Pinky ,I never fail to be amazed at what is fetched out of rivers and marshes particularly in Russia. I my self  only saw this machine  in this u-tube entry so I  envey  you what was the models scale.
