Shame there are no plastic vehicles but it is an impressive array of stuff! I can understand the drive to diversify what Rubicon offer.

Hopefully the metal infantry releases will be followed up with more plastic. Don't know if I missed discussion on this in the WIP threads, but it surprises me that Zhukov/Rommel/etc are going to be plastic and yet something like the Soviet tank riders are metal...? (I can understand some of the other vehicle crews etc being metal but for wargaming purposes metal tank riders are not good - IMO)

Looks good. Definitely will want some of these. Assume it's just the front half of the upper hull, to fit like the different parts of the SU-85 / 122...?

We are not going to release any vehicles this Q1/18, but focus solely on figures - pewter and plastic miniatures!

What's happened to the 222!?  :'( :'( :'(

Just to say, there's some really great inspiration in this thread thanks guys!  :D. I'll admit to not pushing as far with my plastic WWII conversions attempts (compared to my old *cough* 40k *cough* stuff), but definitely more tempted to get on with converting up some tank/vehicle riders out of the spare Russians I have left (been the plan for ages but just always been pushed down the list of things to do - until now!). Really like the Airborne medic too, didn't realise the FJ sprue could be so handy for building yanks!

They look nice, but the poses suggest diorama type use, rather than what you'd expect for "in-game" tank riders (largely echoing the other comments)?

These really do look to be shaping up to a great set of kits!

Just have to try and work out how I can use them...  :P did any LVTs get used at all during the Burma campaign?

Wirbelwind turret would be a neat option. Didn't know about the small details the WLG one is missing, will skip that and wait for Rubicon then!

Just curious have you looked at the Ostwind etc as well? Probably being a bit optimistic on what would fit sprue wise but an expansion box like your half track ones with Wirbelwind and Ostwind turrets would be ace.

This is shaping up to be a very impressive kit! Shame that it isn't possible to have the improved tracks etc on a common sprue with the Panther.

Excuse my ignorance, but I'm curious as to the purpose of the additional barrel for the Panther...? Is it to model a different variant or mark?

More EW would be great. Definitely agreed the BT series would be fantastic to have available in plastic.

Not sure the Pz1 has enough appeal to be worth the investment in a plastic kit? Pz II maybe does though, being in use for longer. Could just be bias as I'd buy a few zugs of Rubicon PzIIs!  :P

What I can't wait to see is the release of the Sdkfz 222 armored car by Rubicon models. I need a few to replace the resin ones I have in my collection.

This is the latest testshot of the SdKfz 222/223... still making adjustments to the moulds!  Almost there...

Fantastic! Will be getting more than a couple of these...  8)

Tank riders look nice! No 222 though...?  :(
These are the new blisters, rather than new box sets..

Ah, good point! Just wondered if it had delayed, being as we haven't seen any sprues yet and have seen them for stuff supposedly further behind in the schedule.

Intrigued about that motorbike stowage, is it likely to be plastic or resin?

Are there any plans to do a US Airborne crew/version or is the standard US one appropriate for Airborne use?

* cough cough *

Stowage looks nice (though agree with the points above).

We love you guys! Keep guessing... still far off!
Happy Boxing Day!  ;)

Ah well, tank commanders / tank riders would be nice. Maybe bits to make the T26 based artillery tractor? That would be neat, or one of the other engineering/support variants?

I can't see quite a few of these in my future! Front of the track is odd, or is that part covered by the fenders?

Will it be 2 and a half sprues, or will that empty sprue space be used for something else....? (Like some Soviet tank commanders, pleeeeeease?)  ;D
