all of our planned conversions would be just simple add on kits.
we already make the m1 dozer blade and this can be fitted to any m3 or m4.
the british however said the m4 and m4a1 were useless as tank dozers due to the aircraft sourced engine, while the m4a2 diesels were preferred by one unit and the next liked the multi engine m4a4?
I think crab flail is a very good idea, will look into it.
here is the m1 dozer test fitted to a jtfm m4a4.
and on it's own:-
I am sure it would fit the rubicon m4a3 just as well.

the Canadian m4a5 was not the ram, the ram is very different from an m4a1, sadly.

the Russians had gmc's just not as many as the Studebaker so make the gmc and everyone can use it!

the gmc cckw 353 was used by all allied nations including usa, Russia and gb so better than a Studebaker, although the Russians and gb had more studes than gmc's!

competition will always occur and sometimes it is the models that you can easily get that you buy.
making t34's for the Russians is a good idea and if you have a few to choose from then that does give you more variety if they look similar then does it matter, sadly except for the turrets the t34's look the same!
the italeri/warlord m4 goes well with the rubicon one but they are different types so again same sort of tank but different.
also the 17pdr m10 would be great but more variety does allow those after market resin manufacturers to make even more variants.
hopefully more kits more gamers and collectors and better models as well.

comet would be a good model but it is quite different than the cromwell in many respects so would be a new model I reckon given the room on the mould frames and price ect.
