Work In Progress / Re: Willys MB - The Jeep - Updated 160716

This vehicle is really looking amazing. You've not yet shown us a rear shot of the jeep that shows the new lights (as on the rear of the M8M20). Forgive me if it just not me seeing it but I haven't noticed a folded hoop set with or without a hood. Sometimes the hood was rolled and fastened to the back of the jeep behind the wheel and jerry can, other times it was taken off altogether and stowed in the bag kept under the rear seat containing side screens, doors and mickey mouse ears. Either way most U.S.A. had their hoops carried even if it was in the 'up' position and no hood fitted. They were very handy for hanging off bits of kit in the down position. Finally, I also haven't spotted any rear bumpers or tow hook.

Brilliant modelling and great paint jobs, is the Dino`s one of the "Ausi" figure range? either way you`ve "nailed em" both.

Great attention to weathering detail, you make these machines look 1/35th, that`s a nice talent mate, very clever.

You`ve tempted me with this entry, so my 2 pence worth is I like the separate crews. For me the Africa source would be my last buy if at all, my gamming being in Europe, and "Sea lion" and not yet reached the "Dark continent".

I`m interested in many things expressed by your selves, and the other "squaddies", so it will go the right way eventually. May I just say that with the average "Yank" tank having 4/5 crew, and with most players buying 3 of each, that's 15 crew. I`d love some to be eating ,sleeping  doing maintenance etc as well as traveling in and on the machines.

I`m shoulder to shoulder with Ripley it`s not to hard to scratch so crew and camp accessories would be really cool . You"ve a cool amount of machines, of all nations,  camp/ rest, is a good ambush point for gamming, and a natural diorama position.

Yes I really want the Yanks, so the M3 Scout car is a good choice as a multi used machine. Still with that listing, I`ll wait the menu is great."Just let em role".

I will be right behind Ripley in the queue. Can't wait to see some of these listings. A DUKW, Ford GPA, Dodge WC51 and W62 would be right up my street. Am still interested in the Axis as well, but the Yanks would make my year's wish. Thank you.

The use of 1/72 aircraft by the likes of Warlord and others is fine for fly pasts, but it`s nice if they are landed to have correct scale, 1/48th is so big and 1/72nd is sadly comically small. Strangely in Zombie games I use 1/55TH AND 1/64TH for Helicopters and Aircraft, the civilian vehicles being 1/64th, they look really good with figures, and cars allowing a kneeling man to fire over its wing.

Rubicon make my year and include these in the Yanks army  please ?  They are in all scales from 1/87th through to the mighty 1/6th But only covered in 1/56th in resin they seem right up your street and need your expertize.  Cheers Geoff.
