Cool . Will go well with those Black Sun 28mm Viet Nam era figures I saw on the BOW site . Now just need a M 113

Neat idea.

Now just need a M 113
Empress do one:

I have painted it, but not done anything more with it.

Of course if Rubicon want to move into modern vehicles, an M113 would be a good start...

I wonder what the market would be for post-war armour.  And which period would be the most attractive.  Korean War?  Vietnam War?  Arab-Israeli War?  I'm not sure how suitable 28mm is for post-war gaming, given the effective ranges of modern weapons, but I guess something like Vietnam would work.

All good questions.

There is evidently interest in the various periods, but as you say the range of modern MBT's main guns is going to exceed most players' available space. Lighter kit (APCs, IFVs soft skins) would be more useful.

The '56 Arab-Israeli, '67 Middle East conflict and Vietnam used many of the same AFVs and soft skin vehicles.

That's true.  And some of the vehicles used over that period seem to be quite popular, like the M48, M113 and T-54.

one reason we did the m35 conversion is the varied use of it in nato and almost all the cold wars, arab/israeli, vietnam ect.
