I would like some of the German IR targeting and driving devices....for Falke...UHU ...and the ones for Panther tanks etc....This would be a good accessory /upgrade kit....maybe a few infantry included with the vampire equipped assault rifles ?
:-)
-
I would find that useful, but like the Ausf F upgrade would it sell enough?
-
Of course it would sell..late war...weird war...konflict 47..
Etc
-
Yes a little winner there and as stated with Konflict 47, some fun to come end august.

As Steve has just completed an IR equipped Panther, he might be able to estimate whether it would fit on a 1/6 of a Rubicon tank sprue, say the size of a third edition Womble sprue? Add a couple of Vampir sights to fill.

Warlord have already produced a set of German vehicles and troops with IR equipment:

While the Sperber IR fitted to Panthers would be a pretty small component, (quite a bit smaller than the Dust version Steve used on his excellent Panther) & while you probably could squeeze them onto a sprue, Heer46 do a very good one in pewter (both turret commanders scope & drivers) & Company B also do the 60cm IR searchlight & drivers scope for 251.
They probably could be included in any future upgrade sprues, but if Rubicon are considering moving into resin/pe parts it might be a better way to produce lower volume parts such as these - I'd certainly be up for a few.

Artisan also do nachtjager: http://www.artizandesigns.com/prod.php?prod=1610

Yes guys already know about all the aftermarket ones....quite expensive for what you get....it would only take up a small corner on a plastic sprue and would be a nice addition to several kits already in Rubicons range.

A bit of threadomancy, but I thought this might be of interest.
