Tracks, ah, a useful clarification.  I haven't kept close tabs on Warlord's plastic kits.  Although I'm probably not the only one who would snap up an Aufklärungspanzer 38(t).

The 38(t) is fairly common, and the Marder would be easy bonus variant.

And while rare, the 222 turret is already moulded and the Aufklärungspanzer 38(t) is super cute and irresistable! =^,^=

With the T-26 due for release, I dearly hope the Pz.II is already one of the 'un-announced' projects for highly entertaining tank battles!

Blitzkrieg Germans are on my distant planning list, and would get moved up quite a bit if plastic Pz.II's were available.

Hmm.  What are the interior measurements of the back bed of the GAZ?

The bed of Minairons Chevy 30cwt is under-sized and I'm looking at kitbashing corrections.  Parts from 1 or 2 GAZes might do the trick.

In my shopping list file, I have a "Wait for Rubicon!" column.  That list currently includes the Flak 88 and Quad 20, SdKfz.222, M10 and UK Crew.

Unless I need a kit on a deadline for a specific event, I'm happy to wait for the Rubicon version.  But it's rather squirrelly trying to find info on what's moving along the pipeline here, the info is scattered all over different threads and news announcements.  I understand the double-edged sword nature of releasing production info — but once any news has been released, it would be nice if there was a master list we could find the latest news on each product that has been revealed all in one place.

The lower hull is on a different sprue, which meant on another mould.  We only have budget to make changes to a single one... the upper hull is more important to this respect.

Ah, then you won't be getting to the slight modification I was going to suggest which is on a different sprue.  It's also not super important, but an idea you might keep in mind for other projects. 

I'm building a StuG kit right now, and one mod I'm adding in is an extended tab on the barrels of both the long 75 and the Howitzer.  That way, I don't have to glue them, and I can easily swap out barrels.  The added length of the tab means that the barrel won't easily fall out of the mantlet.  The tab molded onto the barrel could have been extended to reach all the back to the mantlet plate for a very secure hold even if not glued in place.

Model Master Liquid Cement For Plastic Models (in the black bottle with the nice long applicator tip) works just fine on the StuG I'm building now.

I would definitely be in for at least 3 armoured versions to add to the M3 White Scout Cars my 12th Manitoban Dragoons are currently riding.

Would be in for at least 1 Otter too.
