Showcase & Gallery / Sherman Calliope
« on: January 31, 2016, 12:59:26 am »
Hi everyone, I thought some of you might be interested in taking a look at my Sherman Calliope build. I used the Rubicon Sherman as the base and added the Warlord Game rocket launcher and S&S models sandbag armour set. I'll leave some picture here for your pleasure but I'd also really appreciate you looking at my blog for all the extra details!

Enjoy them!

Showcase & Gallery / M8 Scott with Westwind Crew
« on: December 12, 2015, 10:17:24 pm »
Hi All,

I thought it might be nice to show off the beautiful new M8 Scott kit to y'all. Unfortunately, the only downside with Rubicon kits is the lack of crew (which it seems they're taking steps to remedy) so I've  used the Westwind half-track crew to fill in the turret. I would not recommend using the Westwind crew for their actual job since they're ridiculously small and look like children! Fortunately, they fit quite nicely inside cramped turrets! Huzzar, a use for them at last! Any who, I hope you enjoy the pics.

Showcase & Gallery / The beginnings of my Sherman platoon the "Warbirds"
« on: December 21, 2014, 03:09:09 am »
Hi All,

I bought 3 of the Sherman kits recently and here's what I've done with 2 of them :) The other has been assembled with the 76mm gun but hasn't been painted yet. Enjoy!

75mm Sherman "Sally Forth" I sculpted the additional sandbags :)

105mm Sherman "Saucy Sue" I've added wooden aplique armour from plati-card.

Wish Lists / US self-propelled guns
« on: November 08, 2014, 12:41:33 am »
I would love to see some US artillery being made. I can only really find the M8 Scott and M7 Priest available (in resin :( ) from other companies. It would be awesome to see the M12 or the M40 make it onto our tables in beautiful 1/56 plastic!

I'm sure it's a very low priority, but it is the wish list section after all!
