Still have a few things to add and of course more vehicles....base is complete  .

Just to repeat myself (I had not seen this thread), very good.

I especially like the paving, what did you use?

That's a great looking base . And Crusader . It looks like you've added exhaust stains to the rear boxes on each fender . IRC those are air intake / filters like the Fiefels  on Tigers . Photos of the Bovington Crusader show the exhaust in the middle of the  rear grating  on the rear hull plate . It looks to be about 18 inches long and about 2 inches wide so its real easy to miss . I can remember painting up those boxes as exhausts  back in my 1.35 scale hobby days  :)

Not Rubicon....cause they dont make em...yet ?
But went DAK crazy last night and built some nasty Resin/metal kits to put on it....lol

Basic Airbrush work done...Tamiya Dark earth...then wooden deck tan....wooden deck tan plus white
...then dark grey sprayed to edges....followed by Vallejo Dark rust dry brushed to raised detail and edges and a few random chips and scratches...  a few more layers to go !
