Title: Missing part on a sprue :(

Hiho, got a patch of tanks today, sadly, on the D sprue of the Tiger the part 14 was missing :/

Can i get this one part from Rubicon or do i have to contact the Retailer?

Since i work in production i know that sometimes you produce an error. So for me it´s no big deal :)
Only thing that matters then i how you react to it, and there you get a A+ from me ;)
