Title: Need to contact customers suport area..

During the last 3 to 4  weeks I tried to contact the customers suport area by several ways still with no answer at the moment..
If any one can help me...

I looking for a remplace for a m3 halftrack chasis that got lost in an airport insident...

We will try to look into this, but need to be after our Chinese New Year holiday... in about a week's time!
