Um...submarine?

Realise I'm pretty late to this party as you've already got sprues, but can I make a cheeky request for an expansion kit? Passengers!

Right now nobody is making British passengers for trucks and half tracks in 28mm except Victory Force in the US, and postage makes those prohibitively expensive outside the wilds of North America. Warlord seem to be starting to include passengers with their plastic trucks, but so far only Germans.

I'd definitely buy a set of British passengers in battle dress, even if I wasn't buying this kit (although I probably will!)

OK, thanks. I found some images such as this. I'm assuming that the decal is designed so that it bends down and covers the vertical surfaces of the "trench" that runs along the centreline of the turret, as well as the horizontal surfaces? Looks like a job for tons of Micro Sol and tweezers...

Just built up the Crusader kit, really happy with it so far, good work! Building the late war AA version.

The decal sheet comes with a rather complicated and large Allied air recognition star in multiple pieces. It's slightly baffling, I think it fits the roof of the AA turret. Does anybody have a picture of one to use as a guide?

Churchill III/IV with the NA75 option will be the best for me

This! If you cover the III/IV, AVRE and NA75 then that's by far the most useful kit.

Wish Lists / Allied half track passengers
« on: August 29, 2016, 04:42:12 pm »
Since it seems to be all about figures at the mo, I thought I'd put a shout out for some Allied half track passengers. It seems like the only people doing passengers in British uniform for an M5 half track in 28mm are Victory Force miniatures in the states, and once you factor in the exchange rate and postage these are eye-wateringly expensive (about £35 to fit out one half track!). So my half tracks will be driving around empty for the foreseable future.

Warlord do German passengers in metal, but nothing for the other side. Just a thought.

How many crew per gun?

My vote is for the Cromwell. Yes, there's already a plastic kit available from Warlord but this only does the basic 75mm tank. Nobody does the CS variant with the 95mm howitzer (even in resin as far as I can tell) and then there's the Challenger if you can figure a way of stretching the hull. So you've got three variants right there, two of which are unique on the market.

I would absolutely buy a Wolverine/Achilles kit if one was produced. I need Wolverines for Italy and the Achilles for NW Europe, if the kit could build up both turrets and allow me to swap that would save buy two different (yet almost identical) vehicles.
